The rind is very thin and so the cheese is usually wrapped in foil. The cheese is rich and creamy with a pale yellow color and scattered holes and well-defined greenish-blue veining. We cut and wrap this cheese in wedge of 8 ounces and 1 pound.

Long time lurker, thought I would say hello! I really dont post much but thanks for the good times I have here. Love this place..
When I was hurt in that boat accident my life would be changed for good. Unfortunately that driver had no car insurance and I was going to be hurting for ever.
